I just felt like .... a BR.AD in Trimble
- The one where I ran around Trimble, MO ... literally - A ... B earded R unner AD venture - if you will - lovingly called a " BR.AD " I have been hard at work with coach Kaitlin trying to get back confidence in my ability to run and really needed an AD venture ! You see, I have been having hamstring issues since December 8th. I get feeling better and POP there goes all the progress. There were (3) POPs in the left hammy between Dec 21 & Jan 2. This was a test run and I can say the work we are doing is working ! k, so on to the AD venture ... Met with Run Coach at Captain's Corner in Paradise for lunch. If you have not been, you should!
