I just felt like... training for LHH

  - The one where I ran around started training for LHH - A ...    B earded  R unner  AD venture    -  if you will -      lovingly called a " BR.AD " Well, today was the day...  the day I have have been working for and believe I am ready for. "Training" started back up!   After (basically) taking 2 months off to rehabilitate my left hamstring and work on a new, improved overall training plan, today was the day.    Why not make it an  AD venture, one that takes me around Liberty Hospital Half? I mean... that's what I am training for, right?    Real quick...    If you have not signed up yet, you should!    It's in my home town for 18 years and I love running the streets, I have ran all of them :)    On to the run...  But first, YOGA !   or what I call yoga.   It's a ~25 minute routine that Kaitlin helped me put together that is strengthening ALL the running things in my body and will prevent further injuries.   I am finally a HUGE believer in doing this b
